Ordering a whole, half or quarter of a beef is the most economical way to stock your freezer. Freshness is ensured for a long time with vacuum packaging to make sure your investment doesn’t go to waste. All cuts are included. Depending on use, a whole beef can last a family of 4 up to a year and a half of a beef up to 6 months and a quarter several months. A quarter beef does not include brisket or filet cuts. Advantages: Ensure you get your beef order instead of what’s left and you get a variety of cuts and at reduced price.

Pricing on Bulk Beef

We charge a $6.99 for halves and whole and $7.99 for quarters rate per pound and the number of pounds will vary with the animal harvested. Typically, there will be 250-300lbs of beef per animal Processing is in addition to the per pound rate and varies also upon size of the animal harvested. Typically $500-$600. We do not make any money on processing and you will pay either all of the processing for a whole beef, half processing for half of a beef, and quarter of the processing for a quarter of the beef. All beef is processed in a USDA inspected plant, aged for at least two weeks and packaged in vacuum packing for long time ultimate freshness.

A whole beef will typically cost $2250-$2500 depending on size. This includes processing charges.

A half beef will typically cost $1150-$1300 depending on size. This includes processing charges.

A quarter of beef will typically cost $650-$750 depending on size. This includes processing charges.

We ask for a deposit on all pre-orders of bulk beef and these are the prices you see reflected on the website when you pre-order. $500 for a whole and half beef, and $250 for a quarter. The remainder will be collected at delivery, and will vary depending on the size of the animal etc.
