It’s our fall call to action. We are getting ready to harvest the last of our beef for this year, and plan for spring 2022. Wow! Crazy huh. This is your chance to stock your freezer with the cuts you want for the winter and spring months. I know it’s hard to think that far ahead sometimes, so here’s a little information and a little meme humor to help you make a decision.
It May Be Out of Stock. Just like your goal is to stock your freezer, our goal is to empty ours. Ha! Mainly because we want what we sell to be as fresh as possible. For this reason we are steadily moving toward a pre-order program. When we get our beef harvested, we will let you know what we have left on hand after deliveries.
2. Packing Plants are Still Backed Up. We will make our spring harvest appointments pretty soon. We have to do this in order to get them secured! This means if you want beef in May 2022 - let us know! We are only going to have so many appointments. Our goal is to pick up the beef, deliver it and have some hamburger and steaks left to sell during the summer. Ahhh plans, they are so fragile!
3. Safe Food. We know what goes in to growing our beef which means so do you. No antibiotics and no hormones. Just Silage, corn, distillers grains, and minerals. And, of course, pasture before we finish them :) Plus our beef is all processed in a USDA inspected plant. The safety and quality of our beef is very important to us!
4. Tastes Good Guarantee. Ahhh, the glorious deliciousness of a well raised steak! Our rations are all professionally curated to create the best grain finished beef flavor. Our cattle breed produces tender, lean(er), and wonderfully flavored beef. Plus, we guarantee it. If you don’t like it we’ll take it back! For Real. Try that at your local grocery store.
5. Shop Your Freezer. Going to the grocery store is convenient…. if you live close to it. But, do you know what’s even more convenient? Your freezer! It’s like hanging out at the meat aisle of the grocery store only more fun. You’re welcome to fondly admire each and every package and tell it, “Get in my belly!”
